Our head chef, Ricardo, has over 20 years of experience cooking Caribbean cuisine. He has worked in top restaurants in Trinidad, Jamaica, and Barbados before bringing his talents to La Badee Manoir Restaurant. His passion for cooking and love of Caribbean flavors are evident in every dish he creates.
Our menu features a variety of Caribbean classics, including jerk chicken, oxtail stew, and seafood gumbo. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options, such as our plantain curry and lentil soup. All of our dishes are made from scratch using traditional Caribbean spices and cooking techniques.
No Caribbean meal is complete without a refreshing cocktail. Our bartenders are experts in creating classic Caribbean drinks like rum punch, piña coladas, and margaritas. We also offer a variety of non-alcoholic options, including our signature ginger beer.
